Raising Cane’s Washington Township Location Coming Soon
I am beyond excited that Raising Cane’s is coming to Washington Township. I was super excited when I heard the news last year that Raising Cane’s was coming to Philly, then it was announced that a Raising Cane’s was coming to Deptford where the Don Pablo’s was. But now, we get a Raising Cane’s in my town!
If you’re familiar with Washington Township, the new Raising Cane’s location will be where the former Pep Boys is located on the Black Horse Pike.
It will be close to the intersection of Ganttown Road, across from the Ganttown Square shopping center.
NJ.com reports the chicken chain is preparing to open locations in Burlington and Cherry Hill, with additional restaurants opening throughout the state in 2024.
Raising Cane’s first opened on August 28th, 1996. The chicken chain was originally planned to be named “Sockeye’s” as a tribute to founder Todd’s time in Alaska, but instead he named it after his Labrador Retriever, Raising Cane. Today, Raising Cane’s has over 600 locations across the United States.
