The Preston and Steve Campout for Hunger is happening now. In fact, today (Thursday, 11/10) is the last full day. Hurry over to the sports complex in South Philly for your chance to take part in not only Philly's biggest, but AMERICA'S biggest food donation event. It's held in the parking lot outside Xfinity Live!
If you aren't familiar with the Preston and Steve Show, they are our morning show down the hall at BEN FM's sister station WMMR. They're great. The show has been around for over 20 years, and so has this event. It continues to grow due to their hard work, and the generosity of people all over our region.
You don't even need to leave your car. Volunteers will unload your vehicle for you. And if you don't have food on hand to donate, just show up. They have non-perishable goods available to purchase, or you can make a cash or credit monetary donation.
All to benefit Philabundance and people experiencing hunger in our area.
