Chef Jose Garces' pizza and tiki restaurant concept in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood, Hook & Master, is hosting tiki cocktail classes on Wednesday, October 12.

Classes will take place on Wednesday from 4-6p.m. and 7-9p.m.

Learn how to make blissfully wonderful tiki drinks and enjoy in delectable food combinations. This class will be held by Shannon Mustipher, a renowned figure within the cocktail community, consultant, spirits educator, and author of Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails.

Tickets will be offered in 2 tiers:

  • Tier 1 Ticket:a hands-on, experiential event led by tiki expert Shannon Mustipher, where guests will have the chance to speak/learn from Shannon in a small group setting.
    • Taste 8 premium rums, enjoy a cocktail crafted by Shannon, and indulge in special food pairings.
    • $100/person (gratuity included in ticket price)
  • Tier 2 Ticket:a tasting event and educational event led by Hook & Master’s bartending staff.
    • Sample 3 premium rums, several cocktails and special food pairings.
    • $77/person (gratuity included in ticket price)
