New Jersey Costco Locations Could Soon Require Store Membership For Gas Stations

New Jersey drivers who head to Costco for discounted gas but don't have a Costco membership may be out of luck soon.

According to signs posted at the pumps any non members will no longer be able to fill up at their gas stations starting July 5.

According to the Associated Press, in 2004 Costco was forced to sell gas to non members. It is unknown if state laws have changed on this matter.
