The Philadelphia Museum of Art has once again continued their Chef-in-Residence series with a new lineup featuring some of the city’s most prominent and diverse culinary talent.

During the first weekend of each month, one guest chef will create a custom menu and take over the “Local & Global” station in the museum’s Café space, aligning each month with the popular pay-what-you-wish admission offering on the first Sunday of the month and every Friday night from 5:00–8:45 p.m. This month's Chef in Residence series chef is Chef Kiki Aranita!

In celebration of Women’s History Month, Kiki will showcase her signature Hawaiian-inspired flavors, reminiscent of offerings available at her beloved restaurant, Poi Dog, that closed at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. The special menu, available 3/4 – 3/6, allows the chance for patrons to savor her beloved Hawaiian-inspired flavors.

The menu includes:

  • Ginger Shoyu Salmon Bowl (sustainably raised fresh salmon, alaea salt, scalliom, sesame)
  • Tofu Poke Bowl (Hawaiian ogonori seaweed, alaea salt, sesame, scallion, lime, rice)
  • Saimin Salad (noodles, mixed greens, kamaboko (Japanese fish cake)
    • Option to add Kalua Pig or Tofu Poke
  • Chicken Luau (coconut collard stew with roasted coconut chicken)
  • Kalua Pig Nachos (smoky Hawaiian-style pulled pork, tortilla chips, frizwit cheese sauce)
  • Li Hing Mui Bibingka (filipino coconut rice cake flavored with salty plum guava butter caramel)

Tickets to the museum are required to attend this event.
