Lamberti Pizza and Market Now Open in Center City
Lamberti Pizza and Market at 707 Chestnut Street in Center City is now open.
Owners Aldo Lamberti with partner and Chef Regulo Reyes present a brand-new pizzeria and grab-and-go marketplace that features pizza by the slice and the pie, packaged meals, ready-made sandwiches, panini, pasta, salads, entrees, sides, appetizers, desserts and much more.
For the new pizzeria and market, this is a major pivot and pandemic comeback story from one of the region’s most famous restaurant families that also own and operate Caffe Aldo Lamberti, Positano Coast by Aldo Lamberti, Tutti Toscani by Lamberti, Aldo Lamberti Trattoria in PHL and Palat in Miami.
“I am so proud to introduce the newest concept for our family of restaurants,” said Aldo Lamberti. “Lamberti Pizza and Market is pizza and so much more. We wanted to bring back our favorite pies and recipes, but also pivot and present an immense grab-and-go selection. This is our family’s first ever Italian market that fits in perfectly within our fast paced and re emerging society. We will provide multiple options for small lunch breaks, quick dinner preparations and everything in between. Freshly prepared meals are waiting for you to enjoy inside our restaurant, or to take back home or to the office. Our grab & go offerings change daily so you will always find something new to enjoy. In keeping with Philadelphia tradition, you will also find we make the best hand-made pizzas and cheesesteaks. Lamberti Pizza and Market will have a refrigerated section that holds numerous items ready to grab-and-go with soups, salads, entrees, both prepared pasta and ready-to-cook handmade pasta and sauces, vegetables, breads, desserts and more. In addition, the market will have the restaurant’s own private label extra virgin olive oil, and the market plans on expanding offerings soon to include dried pasta, meats & cheeses, Italian cookies and snacks and more.
Opening hours at Lamberti Pizza and Market will be Monday to Saturday, from 10:30am to 6:00pm. Opening services will include take-out, pick-up, marketplace, grab-and-go, meals to go ad heat-and-serve.
