I had the opportunity to get to a Phillies game in May, and let me tell you, it was strange seeing the ball park so empty.  That’s all about to end!  The Philadelphia Phillies will be increasing seating capacity at Citizens Bank Park starting next week and beginning Saturday, June 12, the series against the Yankees will be at 100% capacity!  That will continue for the remainder of the 2021 season.

The Phillies will keep a limited number of seating pods  for fans who prefer to remain in a socially-distanced environment.

More good news: Tailgating will also be permitted in lots surrounding the ballpark. You will still be required to wear a face covering, per the city of Philadelphia guidelines.
