New Jersey made the announcement that they are lifting many restrictions and now Pennsylvania is following suit.  The Wolf administration announced that beginning Memorial Day, the Keystone State will lift all COVID-19 restrictions – except an order to wear a mask while in public. That means, after more than a year,  capacity restrictions on bars, restaurants and indoor and outdoor gatherings will go away.  The order to wear masks will remain until 70% of PA residents 18 and older are fully vaccinated, according to the Pennsylvania  Health Department.
