Roger Waters has announced the rescheduled dates for his “This Is Not A Drill” tour and refers to them as his “first farewell tour.”

The tour will kick off July 6, 2022 in Pittsburgh and run for 36 dates and wrap on October 8, 2022 in Dallas. Waters’ tour was originally slated for the summer of 2020 and was announced in January of that year.

In a statement on the tour, Waters said of the tour, “It is a stunning indictment of the corporate dystopia in which we all struggle to survive, and a call to action to love, protect, and share our precious and precarious planet home.”

He adds, “The show includes a dozen great songs from Pink Floyd’s Golden Era alongside several new ones — words and music, same writer, same heart, same soul, same man. Could be his last hurrah. Wow! My first farewell tour! Don’t miss it.”

In a video announcement for the rescheduled dates, Waters added, “‘This Is Not A Drill’ will be a rock and roll show that’s about the fact that this is our lives ending. We’re standing on the precipice and it needs just the slightest little nudge and we’ll all be yesterday’s news. ‘This Is Not A Drill’ is me shouting it from my rooftop and hoping you will all shout it for your rooftops and we’ll all starting acting as one and put an end to this madness.”

Fans who held onto their original tickets will have them honored for the rescheduled dates, which are listed below. Remaining tickets that are up for grabs are on sale now at RogerWaters.com where fans can find complete show details.
