AC/DC Ask Fans to Share ‘Back In Black’ Memories, Launch New Video Series
AC/DC will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of their landmark album Back In Black on July 25, and they’re asking fans for some help with honoring this iconic LP.
The band shared the video below to Instagram along with the following caption: “Calling all AC/DC fans! Show us how big a fan you are! Post a photo/video with the hashtag #BackInBlack40 and we’ll post it on the wall!”
“The Wall” in question is a website that collects all of the posts with the #BackInBlack40 hashtag and shares the best submissions.
So, what kind of posts is AC/DC looking for? Anything and everything from fans sharing vintage merch to performing songs from Back In Black or even classic photos.
Back In Black remains one of the best-selling albums ever selling 25 million copies in the United States alone.
