Sammy Hagar & The Circle Cover Van Halen’s ‘Right Now’ in Quarantine
Sammy Hagar continues to jam virtually with his band, The Circle, on their series of covers, and their latest cover puts a new spin on the Van Halen hit “Right Now.”
Embedded below, this is the band’s eighth cover they’ve recorded while in quarantine. Other songs they’ve covered included AC/DC’s “Whole Lotta Roise,” Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds and The Who’s “Won’t Get Fooled Again.”
In the video’s description on YouTube, Hagar wrote, “When I wrote this song with Eddie Van Halen over 30 years ago I had no idea it would be so relevant today. #LetTheMusicDoTheTalking #StopTheViolence #GivePeaceAChance.”
