Billy Joel’s Motorcycles Trashed After Home Break-In
Billy Joel‘s home on Long Island, N.Y. was the target of a break-in which resulted in “The Piano Man’s” motorcycles being damaged.
TMZ reports the break-in took place at some point between January 25 and 27. It appears Joel and his family were likely not home during the break-in because local law enforcement were called on the morning of January 27. (Joel did have a show in Madison Square Garden on January 25, so he and his family were presumably staying somewhere in New York City.) The police report that 12 of Joel’s motorcycles were damaged and a home office was also vandalized.
There’s no word on any further damage, and the suspect(s) are still at large.
