Guns N’ Roses Rumored to be Contributing a Song to ‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ Soundtrack
Guns N’ Roses and their rumor mill seems to always be churning out something, and this latest bit of news will certainly pique the interest of many fans.
Australian GN’R fan page Guns Over Oz shared, “A source who was working on ‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ has informed that four members of Guns N’ Roses went to a private viewing of a rough copy of the upcoming Arnold Schwarzenegger sequel movie to see if they want to put a song on the soundtrack. Apparently, Slash was at Axe’s house to record overdubs on a song for the rush release. At this point the song name is unknown. But yes, 100 percent verified. Guns N’ Roses new music.”
Back in May, Slash confirmed on Talkin’ Rock with Meltdown that Guns N’ Roses was, in fact, working on new music saying, “When we finish the tour [GN’R’s select festival dates] in the fall, then we will commence on working on what will be the next Guns record…we’ve already started working on stuff. So, there you go.” However, if the Terminator rumor is true, this will continue the band’s history with the film franchise after they contributed “You Could Be Mine” to 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
