If you thought the act of Rickrolling was dead, this past weekend proved you wrong!

There were two high-profile Rickrolls. First, there was this epic Rickroll by the San Diego Padres, who were hosting the Boston Red Sox. A number of Red Sox fans were in attendance at Petco Park, when "Padres Karaoke" cued up Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline," a staple at Fenway Park during Red Sox home games. Just when they were getting to the chorus, frankly, magic happened.

The other Rickroll happened during the Foo Fighters' headlining set at the Reading Festival where Dave Grohl teased performing a Nirvana song, and then brought out the actual Rick Astley to front the band for a hard rock version of "Never Gonna Give You Up." Videos of the performance can be viewed below.

(Sir Paul McCartney inducting Foo Fighters? C'mon now!) She's also well-versed in etiquette and extraordinarily nice. #TransRightsAreHumanRights
