Heather Locklear Sentenced To Mental Health Facility
Heather Locklear just pled no contest to eight misdemeanors, but she’s getting out of doing jail time, if she completes thirty days in a mental health facility, according to gossip site TMZ. Her eight misdemeanors include six involving battery on a police officer or an EMT.
The judge stayed a 120 day jail sentence. Locklear must complete the thirty days of treatment; if she does not, she risks serving the jail sentence.
TMZ reports that sources tell them that Locklear wanted to take responsibility for what she did and wants to get help.
The judge said Locklear must enroll in the treatment program by Sept. 6.
