Coca-Cola Cinnamon Coming to the U.S. This Winter
Coca-Cola is looking to warm up their flavor in the United States in time for the winter.
Per Candy Hunting, Coca-Cola Cinnamon will be launching in the U.S. this winter. The flavor was released in the U.K. last winter under the Coke Zero brand and was a huge hit.
Pepsi tried launching a cinnamon-flavor cola with Pepsi Fire a couple of years back, but the flavor did not go over well with consumers, but there’s a good reason why. According to Candy Hunting, “Cola is a mix between citrus and brown spice flavors. Coca-Cola leans more toward the spice side and Pepsi leans more toward citrus. Adding extra cinnamon flavor will kick up that brown spice an extra notch.”
