A man who was pulled over for a DUI told investigators he was NOT drinking while driving.

The man did NOT have a valid driver's license, but, he DID have an open bottle of liquor in a brown paper bag in the passenger seat.

He smelled of booze, saying he felt “pretty good.”

“He further explained that he was NOT drinking while the car was moving and only drinking when he stopped for stop signs and traffic signals”.

His explanation, did NOT keep him out of jail on a DUI charge.
