A Former WWE Star Has Just Passed Away
Matt Cappotelli has passed away at the age of 38.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the former WWE star had been diagnosed with brain cancer in 2017, after previously going into remission 11 years earlier.
Cappotelli passed away on Friday, on the one year anniversary of undergoing brain surgery.
His wife confirmed the heartbreaking news in a post on Facebook. She acknowledged that there’s truly no way to prepare for your spouse’s death, even when you know it’s nearing.
The WWE also confirmed the news of Cappotelli’s death on their website.
