I'm not sure if this guy was intentionally trying to be ironic or if this happened by accident . . . but either way, it's almost too perfect.

A 20-year-old guy was pulled over in Kentucky last week.  The cops smelled marijuana, and when they searched his car, they found a bunch of little baggies of weed . . . inside of a D.A.R.E. bag.

If you're not familiar, D.A.R.E. is the anti-drug education program that's been going on in schools for decades it stands for Drug Abuse Resistance Education. The man was arrested for drug trafficking.
