The Cars famously broke up in February 1988.  They would, of course, later reunite, but with their pending induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, many fans can’t help but think about what their allotted three-song set will be.

Narrowing The Cars to just three songs is ridiculously difficult, but these three tracks provide a tight set and provide the perfect mood and feeling for the night.

“Just What I Needed”

Many Cars tracks are undeniably catchy, but there’s certainly a reason this song was the lead single from their debut album.

“Drive”

Easily one of the best rock ballads of all time, and it will surely bring the house down.

“Let The Good Times Roll”

Is there a better sentiment with which to end this set?  We didn’t think so either.
