The website TrustedHousesitters will make every animal lover with wanderlust dreams come true. People from all over the world can take care of random individual’s pets for free. In return, you’re allowed to stay at their home for free. No longer will you have to worry about expensive hotel rooms and can put that money towards awesome excursions.

According to their website, there are house sitting locations in almost every country. Customers can expect to pick from places from the United States to Thailand. Once you select a destination, you can also pick from which pet type you’re most comfortable taking care of. Animals include; dogs, cats, reptiles, horses, fish, poultry, farm animals, birds and other small pets.

For those who are willing to go this adventurous route, it only costs $119 to become a member. From here, you just need to create a profile and start applying for house sitting locations.

You can also sign up to find a pet sitter. So, if you’re heading out during this holiday season, this may be a great source to find a reliable four-legged babysitter. Not to mention, it would cost nothing for you to make sure your pet is being taken care of.

Thrillist notes that use this concept is humane for the animal. Often times when a pet is dropped off at a kennel, they experience more anxiety in the unfamiliar place. Not to mention, they’re very expensive!

For folks who happen to become a positively reviewed pet sitter, it’s recommended to work your way up to a 5-star rating. Those who happen to get a better score will be able to book more desirable locations.

So, get to planning and earning those stars! You’ll be able to go anywhere and stay for free!
