After canceling the last four dates of Aerosmith's South American tour due to undisclosed health issues, Steven Tyler returned to the stage on Saturday (October 21) to perform at the 30th annual David Foster Foundation concert in Vancouver.

Tyler performed the Aerosmith hits "Dream On," "Cryin'" and "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" at the event, which raises money to help Canadian who need organ transplants. The concert also featured performances by Foster himself, the Tenors, Carly Rae Jepsen, Laura Breta and Matteo Bocelli.

Tyler and his solo group the Loving Mary Band have a date on the books for November 4 in San Antonio. No other Aerosmith shows are scheduled at this time.
