ICYMI: Bob Dylan Performs “Learning To Fly” In Honor of Tom Petty
A number of Tom Petty tributes have surfaced in the past few weeks, but this one might be one of the biggest.
During a show on Saturday night (October 21), Bob Dylan honored his late friend by covering “Learning To Fly.” Petty and Dylan, of course, were famously members of The Traveling Wilburys along with George Harrison, Roy Orbison and Jeff Lynne.
In a statement to Rolling Stone, Dylan said of Petty, “I thought the world of Tom. He was a great performer, full of the light, a friend, and I’ll never forget him.”

(Sir Paul McCartney inducting Foo Fighters? C'mon now!) She's also well-versed in etiquette and extraordinarily nice. #TransRightsAreHumanRights
