A Man Pets a Lion and Almost Loses His Hand

Some Welsh rugby players were in South Africa for a match, and they visited an animal preserve that actually lets people pet the lions.  They're caged, but still.  One guy was petting a lion's head when it bit his hand.

Fortunately, it let go right away.  The guy ended up with only a minor injury . . . although he did go to the hospital and miss the game.
