On this week’s episode: Three Day Rule, Chaddsford Winery, and VYH Couches Don’t Count
Kristen speaks with Erika Kaplan, a Senior Matchmaker at Three Day Rule, a matchmaking service popular in many cities and just recently launched in Philadelphia. Three Day Rule is a modern take on matchmaking with personalized attention, hand-selected matches and valuable date coaching. Find all of the details on Three Day Rule and their services HERE, and join them for their Summer Solstice Party on Thursday, June 23rd from 6-9pm at Morgan’s Pier on the waterfront.
Marilyn talks with Corey Krejcik, GM for Chaddsford Winery. Along with getting a little history of when/how the winery began, Corey shares details on some incredible events this summer, including the monthly music series in June, July and August, info on Chaddsford’s Vintner’s Table Series, chef-prepared food and wine dinners, and Chaddsford just opened up their extraordinay 2015 Rose…a must try! Click HERE for more info on Chaddsford Winery.
Finally, Kristen sits down with Valerie Johnson, Assistant Director of Development at Valley Youth House in Philadelphia. It is impossible to properly list the many services that Valley Youth House provides to homeless and vulnerable youth in Philadelphia, but in this conversation, the two do their best. Valley Youth House will be hosting a series of pop up events from June 7th through June 12th promoting their #CouchesDontCount campaign and raising awareness for the disproportionate rate of young people experiencing homelessness who identify as LGBTQIA. Look for VYH at these events or volunteer through their website HERE.
